WARRANTY CLAIM ( UAE Customers Only )

All of our products are covered with warranty , warranty time is different for different products and is mentioned with every product.

How to claim warranty ?

In case you are facing any issue with your product kindly email us the issue in detail with the order number at support@alamalfan.shop
Please do not forget to mention your contact number in case it is different from your Order details.

Kindly Ensure you have backed up all your data from the unit prior to sending it to us for repairs and we will not be responsible for any kind of Data loss.

Sending the product back to us ?

We will arrange free pick up of the product from your location and once we receive the product either we will fix the issue or replace your unit as per mutual consent.

Important Note :

Free Shipping will be offered once the product is replaced or repaired.
The Customers will bear the transportation charges in case no defect is found in the product.
The shipping charges will be 25 AED for UAE.
The time duration for pickup is 2-3 days once the email is received regarding your issue,
And the time duration for shipping the product back to you will take 2-3 days.
You can also visit us at our warehouse located at Industrial Area 6 in Sharjah to claim you warranty on same day.
Warranty Claim Timing : 11 am - 8 pm ( Saturday - Thursday )

In case No Warranty Information is mentioned on Product Page or your Invoice, The Product carries no Warranty.

Replacements:

Replacements will depend on availability of the product.
Customers are entitled for FULL REFUND in case the Product is no longer available in our stock.
Any discrepancy in the Products received
i.e Product is damage / Accessories are Missing
Must be notified within 24 hours after delivery , any such complaints thereafter will not be considered.

For other defects we shall take appropriate action to either repair or replace the product depending on the nature of the problem. If for some reason the item cannot be replaced or repaired, we will refund the FULL AMOUNT.

Note : There may be deductions in case of any physical damages done by customer to the product or the product is missing parts or accessories

Refund : Your money will be refunded either by Bank Transfer to your account OR If you have paid by Credit/Debit card the amount will be refunded back in that card account.

Void Warranty

The Warranty becomes void if the item is dropped or mishandled or if there is any sort of external or internal damage to the product by the customer.
There is no warranty on broken screen, broken parts or water damage and considered as out of warranty coverage.
Warranty is void in case of any damage due to short-circuit.
